2012 Painting Schedule (3/20/12)
We are currently working with the painting contractor to establish a schedule for 2012. Please check back as we will keep this site updated with the current status.
Ground Water Leaks in B & G buildings (3/20/12)
Several owners have contacted us wrt groud water entering several lower units in both the B & G buildings. We are currently seeking quotes from qualified contractors to rectify the issues. As soon as we have definitive dates for the repairs we will let you know.
Cable and Internet Contract set to expire (3/20/12)
As you are aware our cable and internet contract is set to expire the end of May. Many of you have already expressed a desire to contract your own cable and internet so that you can receive additional services including high definition and faster internet speeds. We also have several of you who have no desire to receive or pay for internet services. The board is currently talking about several options including the elimination of cable and internet provided by the association (Hence making it an owner responsibility to contract these services and elimination of these costs as part of the condo fee). We will be setting up a survey on this website within the next day or so to solicit your feed back on this matter.
