Spring NVCA Onsite Meeting
Join the NVCA Board for our spring meeting. We encourage all owners to attend to find out what is happening around Nordic Village, meet other owners and learn about future projects and happenings! Meeting will take place Saturday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. in the pavilion.
Spring Amenities Hours
March 22-May 21, 2026
Hours will be adjusted as a part of Nordic Village Resort seasonal operations.
Monday–Thursday
Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam Room – 9:00 a.m. –8:00 p.m.
Outdoor Hot Tub – 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Outdoor Pool – 11:00 a.m. –6:00 p.m.
Friday–Sunday
All amenities – 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
April 17-26 School Vacation Week

Spectrum:
If you received an invoice from Spectrum, it is probably because you have a fourth box. Our contract includes three boxes only. If you wish to keep the box, you will be billed. If you don't have a fourth box, or wish to return one, Please call 877-906-9121 Have your address ready.
The Spectrum account rep will need you to read your address exactly as listed.E XAMPLE: 1 NORIDIC VILLAGE LANE GLEN NH 03838 A01. Click on Spectrum Address List for your specific address.

NEW WAY TO PAY YOUR HOA FEES!
NVCA will now accept monthly condo payments electronically through Zelle. This is only an option available and not required if you still prefer to send in a check. This is different from paying with a credit card which is not an available option. There is no charge associated with using Zelle. The information you will need to send a Zelle payment is as follows.

Nordic Village Rules and Policies:
It is important to remind guests that the use of drones and portable grills are not allowed on the property. If you rent your unit, please share the rules and policies with your renters.
